A Bit More About This Property

Step into the "Familie Wynne Hütte," a transport yourself to a cozy European mountain retreat for your next holiday.

***Layout, Light & Everyday Living***

The open-plan living area is framed by soft pine beams and antique touches. A leather sofa with built-in recliners faces an electric fireplace and a tall armoire, holding games and books for a lazy afternoon. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony where you can hear the breeze through the pines and possibly catch a glimpse of the wildlife.

• Third-floor walk-up: no elevator, but quiet and private. Don’t forget to drink water!

• Large windows facing trees and sky

• 3 Smart TVs with Roku and cable

• Thoughtful lighting, labeled switches, and simple navigation

• Fast Wi-Fi for everyone’s device

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**

Each bedroom offers a queen bed with a firm but comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and plenty of pillows. The layout gives each sleeping space its own bathroom—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo—making it easy for two couples or small families to share without crowding.

Bedroom 1 (Main):

• Queen bed, ceiling fan, and dresser with drawers

• Smart TV with remote

• Bathroom access through adjacent hallway

• Shower with good water pressure and clean tile floors

• Private desk for working remotely

Bedroom 2:

• Queen bed with warm lighting

• Comfortable leather chair

• Smart TV with remote

• Deep tub for soaking after a day on the mountain

• Ceiling fan, closet space and plenty of drawers

**Balcony & Shared Outdoor Spaces**

The private balcony has a small bistro table and two chairs—just enough for a quiet breakfast or a glass of wine after dark. A short walk through the wooden property brings you to the shared hot tubs and sauna in a neighboring building, both keycard-accessible and rarely crowded.

• Balcony faces west with filtered mountain views

• Shared hot tubs and dry sauna on-site

• Keycard provided (fee for lost cards)

**Kitchen & Dining**

The kitchen is compact but well-stocked with tools for real cooking—not just basics. You’ll find sharp knives, clean pans, a French press, and even a crockpot. A small bar seats six for meals, with extra touches like trays, water bottles, and wine glasses for slower evenings in.

• Full-size stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher

• Microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee gear

• Oil, salt, and other basics stocked

• Cleaning supplies and dishwasher tablets provided

**Day-to-Day Details**

You’ll find the place clean and low-fuss. Linens are in good shape. Laundry detergent, paper towels, and bathroom toiletries are stocked. Labels and notes make it easy to figure out what’s what, from the floor lamp switch to the Wi-Fi login.

• Washer/dryer in-unit

• Smart TVs in every room

• Dedicated workspace nook with a power strip

• Extra pillows, throws, and hangers available

**Getting Around & Parking**

Two free parking permits are included (with a charge if lost). Most guests park and leave the car—there’s a free shuttle stop across the road that gets you to Peak 8 in under five minutes. Walking into town is doable, but the return trip is uphill.

• Two free parking spots (permits required in winter)

• One shuttle stop from Peak 8 & ski lifts

• Ski locker on ground level for easy year-round gear storage

• Clear check-in instructions and responsive host

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is a practical and comfortable place to slow down in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. You’ll find space to rest, cook, and stretch out—plus easy access to both the mountain top and the rhythms of town.

It’s a quiet, well-located base where you can ski or hike, take a break, then head back out with ease.

Why our guests

LOVE STAYING HERE

Our stay at Anja's was incredibly enjoyable. The space was clean, well stocked, and had quiet surroundings. It was exactly what we were looking for. Gold Camp II (the condo complex where the airbnb is located) has a nearby bus stop and is an easy walk to the gondola. The kitchen held all the tools needed for us to make a cozy dinner at home. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would love to return again in the future!

Anja’s place had everything we needed to have a wonderful time in Breckenridge. We have been to Breck many times and this was the nicest place we had stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing.
